Good Evening Beloved,
I have been reading in Romans this past week and I am reading it from several different translations. This evening I am going to take from the Children's Living Bible. I will make direct quotes but I will highlight them so you will know it was from this bible. I will also paraphrase some too.
Romans 12:
Give your body to God, let it be a living sacrifice, holy , the kind he can accept. Don't copy the behavior of the world, be new and refreshing, different. " Be honest in your estimate of yourselves, measuring your value by how much faith God has given you." There are many members in our body and they all work differently and it is the same in the BODY OF CHRIST. There are many different members in Christ's body too, and we all need each other.
For example: I can not do what my husband does for our children, nor can he do what I do for them. We are the same , parents, but we have different roles with them.
God has given each of us the ability to do certain things well.
So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, then prophesy whenever you can --as often as your faith is strong enough to receive a message from God. If your gift is serving others-- serve them well. If you are a teacher, do a good job of teaching. If you are a preacher, see to it that your sermons are strong and helpful. If God has given you money , be generous in helping others with it. If God has given you administrative ability and put you in charge of the work of others , take the responsibility seriously. Those who offer comfort to the sorrowing should do so with Christian cheer. Don't just pretend that you love others: really love them. Hate what is wrong. Stand on the side of the good. Love each other with brotherly affection and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy in your work but serve the Lord enthusiastically.
Be glad for all God is planning for you. Be patient in trouble, and prayerful always. When
God's children are in need , you be the one to help them out. And get into the habit of inviting guests home for dinner or if they need lodging , for the night.
Don't curse others, pray that God will bless them. Be happy for others. If they are sad then share in their sorrow. Work happily together. Don't try to act big or try to get into the graces of important people. Don't pay evil for evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honest clear through. Be at peace with everyone, just as much as possible. Never avenge yourselves , leave that to God . ( DON'T TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS) . Instead , feed your enemy if he is hungry. If he is thirsty give him something to drink and you will be " heaping coals of fire on his head. " Don't let evil get the upper hand, but conquer evil by doing good.
This is written so that even a child can understand. Sometimes we miss out because we think to hard on a verse... This is really very simple.. I hope that it speaks to your heart the way it spoke to mind.
We all need reminders to do the right things.... I am going to pray for each one who reads this , right now.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Please forgive me and the one who is reading this of everything that we have done wrong today.. Thank you for being with us on this, the day You have made.... We are so blessed that we can have the Word of God before us...Thank you for Blood of Calvary. I pray Father that each one reading this would be blessed by your Word today . I add my prayers to theirs for Your Will to be done. In Jesus name. Amen

Double Portion
Good Evening Beloved,
I have so many things to tell you! I had such a great day today.. Mike and I went to a new church up in Lafayette. I had been invited by the Pastor from this church to come and visit, so we went today.
We went this morning to the regular church service and it was different from what we are use too. It was nice.. they had a guest speaker there today. We learned things that we had never heard before and that is always nice to do.... I don't want to mention names as I do not have permission to do so, but I can tell you this; this man was a good speaker.
We came home and found out that our church at home was not going to be in service this evening so we went back to Lafayette and I am so glad that we did. It was a amazing night of worship and prayer and teaching and healing.... I saw people go to the alter and say that they wanted to be free from smoking and this man ask them to throw their cigarettes away and to go and get them from their cars, lighters, matches, anything that had to do with smoking ; and they did!!! I saw people just fall down in the Spirit. I had something happen to me personally that I am still in shock about..
I had an accident on a motors scooter in September, 2011 and I have not been able to make a fist since then. This man said if anyone here has arthritis, it is gone.. I clamined it !! I can now make a fist, not with one hand but with both of them!!!! May not sound like a big deal , but let me tell you for me it was HUGE!! I can breath better too!! I know it was NOT this man but God who did this... I just am so excited it happened.
One week ago my oldest brother passed away. I am saddened by this.... I will miss knowing he is not in this world with us any longer.. BUT you know God.. He never leaves us nor forsakes us.... I was feeling pretty bad about my brother but tonight God gave me a very special gift. I met not one, but two new sisters!!! I got a double portion tonight when God put into my life two very wonderful, sweet , awesome ladies, Anna and Becky. We met and made friends right away.. I love it when that happens!!! I could go on and on and on but I won't ( at least not tonight :) ) I just had a great day today and that does not happen all that often.. I love to hear the Word of God come alive and it did for me at least on this day.. I don't mean to sound like it does not on other days but today was just kind of special... So, for tonight I will say this :

The Last Trump
Good Morning Beloved,
I am reading a book called " FOUR BLOOD MOONS" By John Hagee . On page
89 of this book, it starts talking about THE LAST TRUMP.
I write that to say this.. A group of woman from my church has been watching cd's on the End Time.
I saw these cd's and I looked up more by the person who was speaking on them and found one on " The Rapture".. Now to go on and explain why two different views.
The series of cd's person says that according to 1 Corinthians 15: 51-52 that at the last trumpet we ( the church) will go through the tribulation.
Now this is what John Hagee says in the book FOUR BLOOD MOONS, page 89-91.
The Bible tells of a series of trumpets is recorded in the book of Revelation and they are seven judgments coming on the earth. The first trumpet ( shofar) sound recorded in the Bible is where the children of Israel received the 10 Commandments at Mount Sinai. The last trump is recorded in
1 Corinthians 15:52 when the church is raptured. The great trump is blown when at the second coming of Jesus Christ , as recorded in Matthew 24: 30-31 The sign will appear of the Son of Man in heaven.
We are to be watching for his soon coming to take the church..
There are so many different theories out there, we need to get into scripture and ask God to show us what we need so we can make up our own minds.. Please don't take someone at their word just because..... study to show your self approved like it says in 2 Timothy 2:15.
When we stand to be judged , we will be standing ALONE; so make sure of what you know.
I am sure that as I get more into this book I will post more.. I love the Word of God and I want to know more about it and what it is saying to us. Once again I am not a scholar nor a teacher just someone who loves the Word of God and wants to share what I am learning...

The Rapture, Catching Away, Translated
Hello Beloved,
Christian folks everywhere are talking about the " rapture".. When will it take place? What do we need to be looking for before it takes place? What do I need to do to be ready for when it happens?
I was talking to a friend yesterday and we were asking questions like these and we went back and forth looking in scripture to see if we could find for certain when it would take place. We thought we had it all figured out ( at least I thought I had it all figured out.) So I go and talk with someone else about it and we go back and forth.... Is it a pre- tribulation rapture( something that will take place before the tribulation starts) or a post- tribulation rapture( will take place after the tribulation).
Well, I went and got out several different bibles and my Strong's concordance and went to digging for answers.. I studied till just before bedtime and still I did not know for sure what I was looking for. I got up this morning and I started with prayer and ask for understanding and wisdom of the Word of God..
Well, I started reading and I came across a reference that said " spiritually blind". So I looked up scriptures for that.. As I was reading in 2 Corinthians chapter 4,,, it hit me!
When the " rapture" takes place is not really the issue here... The real issue is AM I READY if it should happen today? Duh..... What happens if I go and get hit by a car, have a heart attack, lightening hits me, ect..... you get the picture. Will I go to heaven or hell? Do I understand the difference between them, heaven or hell.. You bet I do.... Heaven is being with Jesus. Hell is being without Jesus.
Do I think the " rapture" could happen today? Do you think that it could happen today?
I have decided that it does not matter if it is before or after tribulation, to me what matters is am I going to be ready to go.

Things on my mind
Good Morning Beloved,
A beautiful day!!! O' how I have missed the sunshine.. I was walking home from a friends a little
while ago and this is what was in my mind and so I just thought I would share it with you..
privileged: a special right, advantage, favor, ect... granted to some person or group.
destine: to predetermine, as by fate: to set apart for a certain purpose; intend
We are not all born privileged to parents in this world , but, we are all destine to be privileged.
We did not all come from a home of privilege but we can all go home to a home of privilege.
I hope this makes sense to you ...It makes sense to me...
Not all of us came from homes that were MOSTLY always right...You know the places I'm sure... Places like going to the " right" school, or the " right" clothes, the " right" church, the "right" you fill in the rest.... Some of us came from homes where it always seem to be fighting against something or someone.. But, no matter what kind of family you were born into YOU were destine to be a privileged person. It is a choice, yours.
Some people seem to just know how to do everything right, don't they? They bring their children up right and the children bring their children up right and so forth.. Why do you think that happens? What do these people know that others don't? Do you know a family like that? Where everything seems like it is perfect for them? I know a family like that.. On the outside it does look perfect but just like a apple you see how pretty it is on the outside and don't see the rot on the inside.. That is how this family is too. While the outside is nice to see the inside does have it's problems.. It is all in the way the problems are handled .
Now, the other side of the coin is like this... Some people seem to do just about everything wrong, don't they? They bring their children up wrong, and their children in turn do that to their children and so forth.. What is missing from these peoples lives? Why does everything seem to go wrong for them? Looking at them from the outside you can see all their rot . I know a family like this too..
But, you know if you take the time and really look you would see that the rot is just on the outside not on the inside...
First set of people were of the privilege kind, the second set of people were the destine kind .
It makes no difference what kind you were... ALL are destine to privilege.
Since Adam and Eve, man has been born in sin.. You , me, everyone of us are born in sin, but,
we all have a choice to make to be of the privileged.. Jesus Christ died for our sins and it is your choice to believe that or not.. I believe He died for me..... I chose to follow Him and be privileged for eternity not just a season. We are joint -heirs with Christ , if so be that we suffer with him , that we may be also glorified together.. Romans 8: 17 What a privilege it will be to live with Jesus Christ for eternity. These were just my thoughts on the walk home today.

ETERNITY: LIFE OR DEATH?
Good Morning Beloved,
The sun is out!!!! Yea! It has been a l o n g, long winter.
I have a lot of questions , so I am going to ask them here today.. I wish someone would write back and let me know if they have the same kind of questions or maybe you will have the answers to my questions.. Here goes.
I have been watching a series on the End Times and it raises many questions for me...
Do you think we are really in the end times? I really do think we are..
How familiar are you with the prophecy of the Bible on end times? I thought I knew some but now I am not so sure... For instances; In Revelation 13: 16-18, it talks about buying and selling and the mark of the beast. It says; " v. 17. " and that no man might buy or sell, save( except) he that had the mark, OR the name of the beast, OR the number of his name."
So, no one will buy or sell without a mark.. My question is .. What does it mean by the mark? Will it be a number ( 666) or will it be a name of the beast? Is it possible that we already have in place a system setup that will do this? Is it possible that the number could be our social security number? Maybe it is our debt card number and they will use that as a way of tracking us . If we don't take this mark whatever it is, does that mean we won't be able to use our debt card or our credit card to buy with ?
How close is it to all of this really happening? Is it closer than we all think? Do the leaders around the world know that they are fulfilling prophecy from the Bible? Is a system all ready in place for a global takeover? What does it mean to worship the beast? How will that come about? Is this all real? Are there countries all ready " priming " the people for a world takeover?
What about a national identity card ? Is that a reality? In some countries yes it is... What about here in the USA? Is a national id card a reality ? Well, from what I understand not yet, but there are laws in place already to force one.
How will that work? Will it be by a fingerprint or maybe by a eye scan? Is it possible? I believe it is. What will happen if you decide to take the mark of the beast so your family will still be able to buy and or sell? Well, I believe that the person who takes the mark is dammed. I believe that it means you have lost your soul... You will not be going to heaven.. You will be tormented with fire and brimstone . ( Revelation 14:9 - 11) My Beloved I am not making this up .... It is in the Holy Bible and you can see it for yourself... Please do read it.....
Why will a number be needed? CONTROL.... The beast wants to CONTROL you and every thing you do. I am BEGGING you ......DO NOT LET SOMEONE IMPLANT OR MARK YOU IN ANY WAY.. If you do this then you will be dammed ..
I know that who ever reads this will not believe me but I LOVE YOU with the LOVE of our SAVIOR, Lord Jesus Christ..( I may or may not even know you ) but that does not matter.. What matters to me is YOUR SOUL! Please take time to read and find our for yourself what taking this mark of the beast means...It is a matter of ETERNITY. LIFE OR DEATH.

I pray that whom ever reads this would understand the importance of what it is about... That they would read and seek answers from you. I pray for the soul of each and everyone who does take time to read this... I pray that they would ask you into their heart and seek you and let everyone they know about you .... I love you with all I am Lord Jesus and I love them as you love me.... Thank you O Lord for your loving kindness and grace. I pray your will be done .. In Jesus name . Amen

His Purpose
Hello Beloved,
I would like to share something with you that my husband brought to my attention this morning.
He was watching James Merritt on Touching Lives this morning and this is what he wrote down.
" When you make the purpose of HIS life; the purpose of YOUR life; you will find the purpose of ALL life."
I liked it.
So what is the purpose of HIS life? Answer: That none should perish. 2 Peter 3:9
The purpose of YOUR life? Answer: To be a witness for His purpose. Matthew 28:16-20
The purpose for ALL life? Answer : To be with Him for eternity. John 3:16
So if you are looking for a purpose in your life..... How about HIS purpose.
Jesus does not want any to perish.....no not even one. Go out and live the life that God created you to live and take Jesus where ever you go...

The purpose for ALL life? Answer : To be with Him for eternity. John 3:16
So if you are looking for a purpose in your life..... How about HIS purpose.
Jesus does not want any to perish.....no not even one. Go out and live the life that God created you to live and take Jesus where ever you go...
