Good Morning Beloved,
Have you ever really thought about Love? What it means to love? How to love? Who to love? God's love for you?
This morning I went in to wake Michael up and I looked down and watched him move around then I leaned down to love on him to wake him up and the tears just started to fall ... I love this child so, so much. I had to leave the room for a few minutes it was just so over whelming.. I finally went back in to wake him and we were teasing each other and the tears just fell again , harder .. I was so very over whelmed with how much I really do love this little guy.
I was on my knees and I ask God , 'what is wrong with me this morning?
Why am I crying so hard ?' Then it hit me! This is how God loves me. When He sees me sleeping, waking up or wide awake God loves me.
Yesterday Michael was a little naughty when he came in from school and he got into trouble and had his favorite item taken away ... ( I pod) Later in the evening he comes up to me and puts his arms around me and says, ' I love you Grandma. I ask him,, what do you want? O nothing and I said your after your I pod, huh? He laughed and said yeah, can I have it back now?
I told him no,,, he had to think about why he lost it... and then we would talk... ( probably get it back in a few days). I told you this, so, I could tell you this. This must be how God looks at us...
When He sees us, He must be over whelmed with love for us too....( He died for us) When we ask Him for things , sometimes the answer is no, not today. No matter what Michael does, I love, Love, LOVE this child..
That is the way I think God loves us..... Everyday new mercies are there for us... Lamentations 3"22-23
I thank you O' Lord for new mercies and for ALL of my blessings and love everyday..
Remember to Smile! It is a free gift from God for you to share with all you meet. Tenderly with arms wrapped about you,,,,, your sister in Christ Jesus, vickie

History Lesson : Are you ready for this?
Good Morning Beloved,
Are you up for a history lesson today? I hope so this one is going to be very interesting. I have been reading a booklet called " The United States and Great Britain in Prophecy by John H. Ogwyn , a friend loaned me the booklet. It goes through the history of Israel and brings it up to date.
I won't go through all of it but I do want to point out some interesting facts.... The Bible is a great book to read and try to understand.... It is full of historical facts that you can find also in secular history books... It is a book that has been proven over and over..
God made a promise to King David through the prophet Nathan. It is in
2 Samuel 7: 12-16. PLEASE read this for yourself.. It is about how the house of David and the kingdom will be forever established. The last descendant of King David to sit upon the throne was King Zedekiah.. In 586 BC, Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon took King Zedekiah captive , burned the Temple, destroyed the city of Jerusalem.. In 2 Kings 25: you can read this for yourself... They killed the sons of Zedekiah and put out his eyes..
So, like the booklet asks: Did the promise to David fail? NO. Now please go and read Ezekiel 17, pay attention to v. 22 and 23. Now , the top branch was Zedekiah and the twig would be one of his children. We have seen that the sons of Zedekiah were killed BUT, it says a tender branch,,, Zedekiah's daughters. ( a high mountain is used in Bible prophecy to symbolize a nation) . So this would show that the daughter would marry and produce off springs and that the dynasty would continue.
Irish history records the rest of the story..... It tells of the prophet Jeremiah and his scribe Baruch coming to Ireland after the fall of Judah with a young princess and the coronation stone, called in Gaelic lia fail. In the ancient Irish records , the princess was named Tea Tephi. Now you can read the rest of the story here.....http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~cnoelldunc/

Going Through...... Psalms 23
Good Afternoon Beloved,
If you are going through anything, please remember you are not alone.
PSALMS 23
The Lord is my shepherd ( This is when He is leading us. Are we letting Him lead us everyday?) I shall not want. ( This is where He is the caregiver. Are you lacking in anything you want, food, clothes, shelter or love?) He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. ( This is where I rest and grow) He leads me beside the still waters. ( This is where I reflect and find peace) He restoreth my soul ( He saved me) He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.( He leads: means He is showing me the way for His name ,Jesus Christ our good shepherd) Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.( this is where I go through trials and fears of many things) I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.( No matter what valley you go through , no trial that you face, You are NEVER alone, because Jesus Christ is always with me.) Thy rod and thy staff comfort me ( this is where I get my support . He is always , always with me.) Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. ( This is a covenant between me and Christ Jesus, that He is before me always in the presence of my enemies.) (( I just need to remember this part)) Thou anointest my head with oil: my cup runneth over.( This is where my blessings are poured out and overflow.) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. ( This is blessings) And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.( This is living with Christ Jesus for eternity.)
If you are going through anything in your life that is a trial , sickness, death, money problems, relationship problems, anything...... Please just remember that you are NOT alone.. Our Lord Jesus Christ is with you....
Smile: It is a free gift from God for you to share with all you meet.

What is the Mark of the Anti-Chirst?
Good Morning Beloved,
Well it is foggy and misty outside so that makes it a good day to stay inside and study God's Word. Here goes.. remember now if you don't agree with anything you see here , there is a comment line at the bottom and we can learn and study together, okay
Have you ever thought much about the " mark of the anti-Christ", and what it might be?
Is it sin? The Greek word, ' hamartano' and it means literally ' to miss the mark' and it is used in 2 Peter 2:4; sinning against God, by angels. Now the same word is used in Matthew 27:4 ( man, sinning against God) Judas says, I have sinned ( hamartano, missed the mark). So , could you conclude then that sin is " the mark of the anti-Christ? That would then be called disobedience, correct?
Now then what would you think that the mark of God would be? If sin ( disobedience) is the mark of the anti- Christ, then it would make sense that the mark of God would be obedience; would you agree?
Would you please go and read Deuteronomy 6:1-17 , pay close attention to v. 17,
" diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God". This would be obedience.
Look at Matthew 22: 34-40........ obedience to the law; Now, folks right here in Matthew 22:40 it says it all and it is just two laws! Obey these two laws and that is it, obedience . ( We can look at these laws in another writing)
So the question is: What mark will you chose, disobedience ( like the world ,sin) or obedience ( spiritual , like in eternal) ? It will be your choice. God has given us what we need to make the eternal choice , it's called The Word of God, ( Bible). We are man( human) and we will make mistakes but isn't it nice to know that everyday we have the chance to be renewed? Read Lamentations 3: 22-23 .. this is about the mercy that is renewed every morning.
Obeying the Word of God everyday is going to be what I chose to do...
Will I fall short? Yes of course I will and do, but I can get down on my knees and repent and ask forgiveness and know that with a right heart in asking I will be forgiven. When ever I read in the Word I learn something new... Today I have learned that I want to bear the mark of God and that it is the obedience of God and the fruit of the Spirit.
God Bless you and always, always check out the Word for yourself.....

Why Write a Blog?
Good Evening Beloved.
Do you know why I write this blog? I ask myself that many times.. I don't seem to have many
folks read it.... That's okay I guess. If just one person reads it and gets something from it then
I guess it has been a good thing to do.... I love words. I like to say them and I like to read them
and I like to write them also. I am not much of a writer but that too is okay. I like to write about
things I am thinking about.. mostly about what I am learning in my relationship with God .( The
Creator of all things)
I just started reading a booked call Ministering through Spiritual Gifts by Charles F. Stanley.
Lesson One.....
1.) Do you know what your ministering gift (s) are? How are you using them? Do you share with others these gifts?
2.) What are some of the things you like to do in the natural? Make a list of the things you are a
natural at.
Well, I have thought about it some.. I love words.. That comes to me naturally. So I would have to say that is one of the gifts I have received.
I love to tell people about Jesus Christ... He died for my sins a long time ago...... I love to tell people that if you are ever in a tight spot and need help all you have to do is call on Jesus Christ and He is always right there, right on time.... So I would say that words come to me naturally .
So, I am using my gift of words to tell you that God loves you so much and He just wanted you to know and today He used me to tell you...
Smile and remember that it is a gift from God for you to share everywhere you go .
God Bless you today and everyday.

Holding The Rod Up
Hello Beloved,
I heard David Jeremiah say something on the radio yesterday and it just struck me.
Something to think about it.... I only heard a little of it as I was driving and caught the last part of it. Anyway, he said ; " holding the rod up" . Then he talked about Exodus
17.. So I came home and read Exodus 17.. It talks about Moses and Joshua and the children of Israel and how they were thirsty. So Moses strikes the rock and out comes the water... Next comes Amalek and Joshua and his soldiers and they fight.. Now , Moses, Aaron and Hur go to the top of the hill to watch the fight... Moses tells Joshua
that he will stand with the rod of God in his hand. So, they are on the top of the hill and Moses, his arms start to tire and fall.... When this happened , Joshua and his soldiers start to lose the fight ... Aaron and Hur prop up his arms and they start winning again... So as long as Moses was holding the rod up they would win.....
Now, this is what I got from this.
When you are holding your arms up to God in praise and worship.... you are winning..
when you leave your arms down you lose. It is like prayer... You need to pray so you can have a close relationship with God... This is how we talk to God... Prayer is very important not just for yourself but for others around you... Your prayer may be the one that is answered for someone... Yes, one person can make a difference..
HOLDING THE ROD UP .. That is what prayer is to the church... Are you helping to keep it there?
I don't know if this makes any sense to anyone but me.. I need to change the way I go about prayer and holding the rod up.. We can not let what someone else thinks of us when we are praying... It is only God who matters.. This is my lesson for today for myself......
Remember to smile it is a free gift from God for you to share with all around you.
God Bless each of you. Tenderly, your sister in Christ , vickie

Did You Let God In Today?
Hello Beloved,
I am just going to ask questions, okay?
Did you let God in your day today?
When you awoke this morning did you tell Him thank you for the breath you took? Was the sun shinning where you were today or was it maybe raining ? Did your
family awake all safe and sound? Did you have food to eat today? Did you have a
job to go to? What about clean running water? Did you have someone to eat a meal
with today? How about sharing some time with a friend, did you get to do that today?
Did you have a place to get in out of the sun? rain? Did you have clean clothes to put on today? Money in the bank and places to go and visit? Shoes, did you have shoes to wear? Can you read and write? Can you wrap your arms around your child today and hug them?
Did you let God in your day today?
Did you take the time to say thank you to God today for all the many things you have today? Did you take the time to pray today? Did you read from the Word of God
today? Have you shared God today with someone?
I want to do that just now...
God loves you so very much.. He sent His son , Jesus Christ to die for our sins.
He is making a place for us to live all we need do is accept Christ as our Savior.
Have you done that yet? You just need to ask Him to forgive you of all of your sins and let Him into your heart. Are you ready to do that ? We can do that right now.
Just repeat : Dear Lord, I love you and I need you . Please forgive me of all my sins and come into my heart and change me into the person you want me to be. I pray your will for my life. In Jesus name. Amen
If you prayed this or something like it then you did let God in your day today.
God Bless you and keep you. tenderly , your sister in Christ, vickie
