Hello Beloved,
I just want to add some thoughts to the last post .... You know we are all at some point in time locked behind something... Whatever puts a person into a prison is something that they chose to do... It is really the same with what we do to lock our minds up too. We chose to do that...
These women had a chance to change the way they looked at themselves and the people in their lives. Family, friends, roommates, strangers ,,,, it didn't matter. They were open enough to let God come into their life and their heart, to change them. I truly hope and pray that these women will continue on the path of freedom from their pasts and grow and share the love that they found this weekend..... The love of Jesus Christ.
We all build walls and think we can handle it... Well, that just isn't so.... We all need Jesus in life.
Dear Lord Jesus,
I pray for my new sisters in Christ Jesus and that you will surround them with love and joy and peace and favor. I do not know their names nor do I know the circumstances of their lives.. I only know that You are bigger then all the problems they have now or that they will face later.. I know that greater is He that is in them, then he that is in this world.... I praise the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and give all glory and honor to Him.. In Jesus name. I pray your will be done... Amen

Rockville Woman's Prison
Hello Beloved,
I would like to tell you about something that I did yesterday. I was privileged to be invited to a very personal and everlasting moment of some young women who a lot of us would say don't deserve this post. I will strongly disagree with that..
I got to go and witness an amazing transformation at the Woman's Prison yesterday. I don't know why these women are in prison but I did get to see what the end result of three days with God did for them.. I saw lots and lots of tears and laughter and unity in God. It was very moving for me..
I must tell you that as I was admitted into the prison I had my moments of 'what are you doing here?" thoughts... some fear? yes.. The part that scared me the most was the locking down of the doors and knowing I could not get out again until someone let me out.....
I am not really sure what I thought I would see in there... woman to be afraid of or a harshness to the place, maybe just being ignorant of the place.
I know I came out with a different thought , then what I entered with..
I saw some pretty amazing things take place.... in me... I remember one young woman's face as they said, I would like to read her poem.. It was at first one of " o' no they will make fun of me that quickly turn to I am to embarrassed to have them here this, to one of one who had become humbled all in the span of a few seconds.. She was very beautiful to watch... Yes, I am speaking of one of the inmates ... but God had transformed her to His child and it was something you could see.. Beautiful, just beautiful.
One young woman got up to testify and what she said hit so close to home for me.... She said I want to thank God for this weekend . I was just off suicide watch and was told that my name was chosen to come on this journey.. She said " CHOSEN".. Her testimony said a lot to me...
It was something I am so thankful for ... I hope I never forget all the emotions I went through in such a short time... Panic, fear, anxiety, to acceptance, to calm, to freedom.
I thought about Paul and Silas while I was there.. How they were in a prison cell and they sang and the chains that held them were unloosed and they were free... I saw that in the woman yesterday . They would still be behind locked doors but they were free from all the burdens that held them prisoners in the mind. They were free .
Lord Jesus I want to thank you for allowing me the privilege of seeing
firsthand what true freedom is. I thank the women in this prison for not being ashamed of letting God's love show in them ... I thank my friend
Donna for inviting me to come and witness this beautiful and loving
tribute to our Creator and Savior, Jesus Christ.
tenderly your sister in Christ Jesus.

What to do, what to do?
Good Morning Beloved,
Today you hear people lamenting about the way of the world; the government, wars, health care, gas prices, ect.... Well , let me ask you a question. Are YOU doing what is right in your heart and mind? Do YOU trust God to take care of things for you? If you are having trouble seeing it all come together... Please, do yourself a favor and go and read Psalm 2. The last line in this Psalm says" Blessed are they that put their trust in Him." Are you doing that? Putting your trust in Him?
It will not make a difference if you are rich or poor, black or white, male or female, or if your from the USA or any other country; there will be NO difference..
In John 3:16 it says: " For God so loved the WORLD that he gave his only Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." This is a promise.
So, are you trusting in God? Believing in God? Talking to God? Have you became a WHOSOEVER?
God's Word is really pretty simple. Put God first, love everyone, and believe and trust God, that is Faith. Then you live what you believe.
Time is really only this long -. So what will it be? Are YOU ready should Jesus come today? Please make your calling assured today.. Trust in God with all your heart, mind, and soul.
Remember: Smile it is a free gift from God for you to share with all you meet.
tenderly,
your sister in Christ Jesus

Update on Matthew 6
Good Morning Beloved,
This morning I was reading in Matthew 6. I was reading and saying aloud the Lord's Prayer. I decided to look up some words I had written down in my bible beside this prayer... So, I would like to share with you what I learned.
Hallowed: to be made holy or scared
Worship: a prayer, a church service, or a rite showing reverence for a deity;
a intense love or admiration of any kind.
Loyalty: quality, state or instance of being loyal; faithful adherence
Ask: to use words to seek an answer to a question, to inquire
Forgiveness: a forgiving, pardon, inclination to forgive
Deliverance: a freeing or being freed; an opinion or judgment
So, after I looked up each of these words I thought about something I posted on here on August 21, 2013; LOVE OVERWHELMING.. I just want to let you know I DO NOT worship my grandson... Also on August 27, 2011, I posted one titled; PRAYER, MATTHEW 6: 1-18. If you read that one then use the words looked up today I think it would probably read something like this.
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed ( to be made holy or scared) be
thy name. ( this is worship- to show in prayer a reverence and intense love and admiration to God our Father) Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven.( this is loyalty- to be faithful) Give us this day our daily bread ( ask- to use words to seek an answer to a question) And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors( forgiveness: to pardon) And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil:( deliverance- being freed)
for Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory ( worship - to show in prayer a reverence and intense love and admiration to God our Father) forever. Amen ( so be it or let it be so)
This was what I learned this morning.. Everyday I learn something new.. Even when I go over the same thing.. God is so good to me.. I awoke this morning with the breath of life in me.. I praise God for that.. I hope this will help you out today.. I know we are all on different walks and different timing but I praise God I for my walk , I hope you do too.

LOVE: Overwhelming
Good Morning Beloved,
Have you ever really thought about Love? What it means to love? How to love? Who to love? God's love for you?
This morning I went in to wake Michael up and I looked down and watched him move around then I leaned down to love on him to wake him up and the tears just started to fall ... I love this child so, so much. I had to leave the room for a few minutes it was just so over whelming.. I finally went back in to wake him and we were teasing each other and the tears just fell again , harder .. I was so very over whelmed with how much I really do love this little guy.
I was on my knees and I ask God , 'what is wrong with me this morning?
Why am I crying so hard ?' Then it hit me! This is how God loves me. When He sees me sleeping, waking up or wide awake God loves me.
Yesterday Michael was a little naughty when he came in from school and he got into trouble and had his favorite item taken away ... ( I pod) Later in the evening he comes up to me and puts his arms around me and says, ' I love you Grandma. I ask him,, what do you want? O nothing and I said your after your I pod, huh? He laughed and said yeah, can I have it back now?
I told him no,,, he had to think about why he lost it... and then we would talk... ( probably get it back in a few days). I told you this, so, I could tell you this. This must be how God looks at us...
When He sees us, He must be over whelmed with love for us too....( He died for us) When we ask Him for things , sometimes the answer is no, not today. No matter what Michael does, I love, Love, LOVE this child..
That is the way I think God loves us..... Everyday new mercies are there for us... Lamentations 3"22-23
I thank you O' Lord for new mercies and for ALL of my blessings and love everyday..
Remember to Smile! It is a free gift from God for you to share with all you meet. Tenderly with arms wrapped about you,,,,, your sister in Christ Jesus, vickie

History Lesson : Are you ready for this?
Good Morning Beloved,
Are you up for a history lesson today? I hope so this one is going to be very interesting. I have been reading a booklet called " The United States and Great Britain in Prophecy by John H. Ogwyn , a friend loaned me the booklet. It goes through the history of Israel and brings it up to date.
I won't go through all of it but I do want to point out some interesting facts.... The Bible is a great book to read and try to understand.... It is full of historical facts that you can find also in secular history books... It is a book that has been proven over and over..
God made a promise to King David through the prophet Nathan. It is in
2 Samuel 7: 12-16. PLEASE read this for yourself.. It is about how the house of David and the kingdom will be forever established. The last descendant of King David to sit upon the throne was King Zedekiah.. In 586 BC, Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon took King Zedekiah captive , burned the Temple, destroyed the city of Jerusalem.. In 2 Kings 25: you can read this for yourself... They killed the sons of Zedekiah and put out his eyes..
So, like the booklet asks: Did the promise to David fail? NO. Now please go and read Ezekiel 17, pay attention to v. 22 and 23. Now , the top branch was Zedekiah and the twig would be one of his children. We have seen that the sons of Zedekiah were killed BUT, it says a tender branch,,, Zedekiah's daughters. ( a high mountain is used in Bible prophecy to symbolize a nation) . So this would show that the daughter would marry and produce off springs and that the dynasty would continue.
Irish history records the rest of the story..... It tells of the prophet Jeremiah and his scribe Baruch coming to Ireland after the fall of Judah with a young princess and the coronation stone, called in Gaelic lia fail. In the ancient Irish records , the princess was named Tea Tephi. Now you can read the rest of the story here.....http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~cnoelldunc/

Going Through...... Psalms 23
Good Afternoon Beloved,
If you are going through anything, please remember you are not alone.
PSALMS 23
The Lord is my shepherd ( This is when He is leading us. Are we letting Him lead us everyday?) I shall not want. ( This is where He is the caregiver. Are you lacking in anything you want, food, clothes, shelter or love?) He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. ( This is where I rest and grow) He leads me beside the still waters. ( This is where I reflect and find peace) He restoreth my soul ( He saved me) He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.( He leads: means He is showing me the way for His name ,Jesus Christ our good shepherd) Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.( this is where I go through trials and fears of many things) I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.( No matter what valley you go through , no trial that you face, You are NEVER alone, because Jesus Christ is always with me.) Thy rod and thy staff comfort me ( this is where I get my support . He is always , always with me.) Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. ( This is a covenant between me and Christ Jesus, that He is before me always in the presence of my enemies.) (( I just need to remember this part)) Thou anointest my head with oil: my cup runneth over.( This is where my blessings are poured out and overflow.) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. ( This is blessings) And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.( This is living with Christ Jesus for eternity.)
If you are going through anything in your life that is a trial , sickness, death, money problems, relationship problems, anything...... Please just remember that you are NOT alone.. Our Lord Jesus Christ is with you....
Smile: It is a free gift from God for you to share with all you meet.
